I love the blacked out street glide special without the pinstripes. Will probably be my first bike or black dark horse.

After driving my first BMW, buying American cars went out the window for me. I still own classic American cars and my obs truck. If I buy a new truck, it will probably be a Dodge. The newer super dutys are badass

Not really sure how you're calling this a "review" of either bike. The first half of the video is crowing about the Indian, the second half of the video is shitting on the road glide. 👎👎

I drove from Springfield MO to Denton TX to get my Roadmaster. Beat my local guys for about 2 grand.

I got to at least give that kid credit for not driving off or being fresh, Now as far as the Bike that is an investment of money so treat it that way and have her insurance/cash repair the bike, that is a business matter, and for the people on here who say they would not be that calm, try that shit in Florida and you will get double tapped. You handled it like a man should, good job

Friends who ride older Harley's were joking me when I first got my 18 Chieftain Darkhorse saying it was a Polaris not a real Indian, so I named the bike Elizabeth Warren and when I checked the oil there was more Indian blood in the oil then there was in "Pocahontas'" DNA test. HaHaHa!!!

After owning 6 Harley Davidson's I bought the Indian Road master over the Harley limited, for the same reasons you did.

So what's the bike look like ? the whole video your looking through the windshield ?

People buy a Corvette and expect an Escalade ride. SMH. Harley got it right with lowered suspension on the “sportier” Special and longer and softer travel with the base Street Glide and Ultra.

The suspension over bumps is a big deal...a lot of the bikes you mentioned have no suspension.

How is the wind protection and the helmet buffeting?

Does the Indian have a frame mounted fairing?

I heard the Goldwing has a frame mounted fairing also?

I sit tall in the saddle and am concerned about helmet buffeting. Which one had the least buffeting?

I had Ultras and street glides for years didn't think about a road glide. I rode the road glides several times and didn't really see a big enough difference to change until I bought my 18 rgs. The only reason I did buy it was the color and now I can honestly say I will never buy another batwing bike unless it a deal of a lifetime. The shark nose is that much better. Best to spend a few days with a shark nose.

Welcome to the Tribe. I just purchased a 2021 Chieftain Dark Horse. They say the clutch pull has been improved for this model year. And the brake side hand control now has a start button. As well as Apple Car Play. All I had to do is ride one. And it blew me away. Air assist rear Fox shock. Pages of info on the infotainment screen. Tip of the spear. With a 7 year warranty. I’m loving it. It just needs Roadmaster Lowers and heated grips. Which I’ll have put on.

I think the aluminum frame of the Indian along with the Fox rear shock really sets it apart.

My 18 Chieftain did not even come with a war bonnet, the 17s did light up. the 18 also came with a brake pedal. I do not know how they decide to change which things from year to year, but the 18s and earlier looked better with the rounded bags!

We always wanted to go zip lining so long story short we stated looking on billboards and asking friends and reading in magazines, and asking around to people like the mailman, the janitor where I work, the kids playing outside even looked up some teachers I had in high school, asked everyone in our church including the preacher and even some people on thesidewak outside the church and long story short here we are!!

2.1" travel with the street/roadglide and RK special. It's form over function in that they want a look as opposed the best functioning rear suspension. It's not bashing, but a fact. HD could engineer a better suspension, but it woudl violate their design ethic and probably would require a complete redesign of the frame.
